Title: Antiquated
Artist: Brad D Easterday
Software: TurboCad
Theme: Architecture
Description: The lighting in “Antiquated” consists of an HDR environment to set the tone, one Sky Luminance to randomize the shadows and add fill light, and two Projector Luminance to cast the tree shadow onto the building and to solidify and balance the weight of the shadows coming from the sun. The projectors are located in the exact same position with the same target. One has shadows on and the other has shadows turned off. The Sky Luminance is partly responsible for the dirty look on the buildings surface. All of the materials except for the glass are Environment to help each one pick up the tones of the HDR image. The image was rendered in Raytrace Full.
